FULLFORCE specialises in online slots and has over 1,000 slots in their game portfolio and has operated online casino sites since 2003, and has over 200,000 registered players across its sites.

Problems


Throughout the years, the company grew through the acquisition of multiple organizations with a specialty in a specific area of the value chain. Having operated with their own identities, these separate entities create some unclarity for those outside the company. This leaves room for improvement. To create one strong brand and corporate culture.

Goal


Develop a brand consistent corporate website, to tell the corporate story, showcase its platforms/services/brands, investment possibilities, career possibilities, media coverage, its offices and important legal information.

Persona


We start with personas, we did research on 4 different user groups, point our their goals and frustrations 


Product Experience Map


After a workshop with clients, we understand their users more. Next step is product experience map. PEM includes goal, user objective, need, component which is help designer to conclude primary components in a website.

ORTEC Solution Page Design


The team at ORTEC wants site visitors to have quick access to information and fact sheets regarding the solutions ORTEC offers. Therefore , there is a request to include a new content key page - “Solutions”. This page will provide an overview of all information and fact sheets categorized by industries, allowing visitors to search, view and download them directly.
